Under the Stafford loan program there are many options when you can't afford your monthly loan payment. Champion, as well as Empire College, is there to help you defer payments on your loans, reduce your monthly payment, or change your entire repayment plan.

Code of Conduct - This code of conduct is to ensure Empire College is a responsible partner in processing and certifying Title IV and private loans for Empire College student and parents. The staff of Financial Aid makes certain the best interests of our students are always at the forefront of all decisions we make.
FERPA Policy - The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, is a federal law that protects the privacy of education records of all students who have enrolled in college. The Act provides for the right to inspect and review education records. The Act applies to all institutions that are the recipients of federal funding.
