Law Clerk in Novato :Responsible for assisting attorney case manager, including drafting offensive discovery, reviewing and summarizing deposition testimony and defendant documents to help work up cases, and performing legal research. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and be in their first or second year of law school. Someone with good computer and word processing skills; able to type 50+ wpm.
