Job duties include client correspondence (via telephone, email and regular mail), assisting paralegals with preparation contracts, trusts, and other documents, and all team duties of an actively growing firm. Positive, can do attitude. A sense of humor does not hurt either! Requirements: 3+ years current experience on a civil litigation desk. Attention to detail is an absolute requirement. Paralegal skills a plus. Excellent written & oral communications skills. Excellent interpersonal skills -- you must be able to communicate and interact with clients, counsel and others on behalf of the firm in a professional and courteous manner. Must be a team player and have the ability to work effectively and courteously with your co-workers and manage multiple deadlines with grace. High level of proficiency with Microsoft 2013 Word, Excel, Outlook including the ability to generate TOCs/TOAs. Adobe Acrobat and Essential Forms also needed.
