Appellate Court Attorney :The California Court of Appeal for the Fifth Appellate District, located in Fresno, California, is accepting applications for the position(s) of Appellate Court Attorney. The attorney's duties will include, but will not be limited to, drafting research memoranda and proposed opinions involving criminal and civil appeals and original proceedings. In support of these activities, the attorney will review appellate briefs and trial records and research and analyze applicable law. Exceptional research, analytical, and writing skills are required. The level of appointment and starting salary will be commensurate with experience.
